We can prepare your personal or business tax return no matter where you are located nationwide. Use our secure options to submit your information to us: (1) Online Organizer (2) Print Out Organizer or (3) Client Portal and register for secure access to our system to submit and review all your tax and financial documents. We will contact you via phone and/or email to review your data.

Upon completion of your tax return, we will thoroughly review your results with you. You will then have a choice of either e-filing (totally paperless) or mailing your return to the IRS. Payment is required prior to all IRS submissions. We have Flexible Payment Options - Visa®, Discover®, Mastercard®, Cash, Check, Paypal®, or via Republic Bank® refund products.

What do I gain by using IRS e-file?

Fast Refunds, Accuracy, and Security.
IRS e-file is more accurate than paper.
Your tax return is transmitted from the ERO's computer to the IRS.
Your federal and state returns may be filed together.

What is an Authorized IRS e-file Provider?

D&A Tax & Notary Service is an Electronic Return Originator (ERO). An ERO is a person or firm who is accepted into the IRS electronic filing program after a thorough background check.

ERC: Electronic Refund Check

Funds are available within 7 to 10 days.
Tax preparation fees are deducted directly from your refund, no out of pocket payment needed.
Checks are printed in our office for pick up or mailed certified to you.
Available for current year returns only.
Available January 2010 through October 15, 2010.

ERD: Electronic Refund Deposit

Funds are available within 9 to 12 days.
Tax preparation fees are deducted directly from your refund, no out of pocket payment needed.
Refund, less fees, is deposited electronically into your personal bank account.
Available for current year returns only.
Available January 2010 through October 15, 2010

State ERC or ERD

State deposits funds with Republic Bank into the taxpayer's electronic refund account.
Only available in states with e-filing and in conjunction with a federal bank product.
Refund delivered either by check or direct deposit.
Available January 2010 through October 15, 2010

Electronic Filing

We recommend everyone e-files, but you're not obligated to. We can also e-file a return that you prepare yourself. To check the status of your refund e-filed through our company click here: Status

IRS Check (10-21 days)

If you're not in a hurry to receive your refund you can choose the IRS Mail Check option. With this option you can receive your refund directly from the IRS to your home address in 10 to 21 days; fees must be paid at time of tax preparation service.

Balance Due

D&A Tax & Notary Service clients who do not get a refund can pay their tax obligation conveniently with their VISA®, MasterCard®, or debit card. Taxpayers can also pay their tax obligation in a payment installment agreement.

Our Privacy Policy required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

· Information we receive from you on applications, tax organizers, worksheets and other documents;

· Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;

· Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those members of our firm who need to know that information to provide services to you.
